COVID impact on shipping...

Due to the implications of the COVID 19 pandemic you may experience delays in shipping.  


We try our best to address potential delays by shipping plants on Mondays to allow for optimal transit with the courier (USPS). However we do ship Monday- Wednesday in the order in which the order is recieved.

Please note that we generally have more than one plant in stock at a time.


Unless otherwise specified in a description you will be receiving a plant similar to the one pictured.


After all, every plant is a little bit different from it's sister!

At this time, we are not accepting returns, exchanges, or refunds. 


We are happy to work with customers on a case by case basis to reach a feasible solution.


However, if your issue is due to delays or damages we do not replace items. 


We are happy to help you file a claim with the courier (USPS)

We pack our plants like we would want to unbox our own purchases.


However, we cannot be held accountable for any damages or factors outside our control once the plant leaves our care.

We offer local sales through appointments to explore my greenhouse. Nothing beats feeling the plants and picking out your favorite!


Our plants can also be found at Bloom Shakalaka located at the Joinery in downtown Lakeland, Florida.

Thanks for working with us to get a special order. When your order is complete we will list your customer name Prefix _______ under our "Special Orders" tab in our shop.


You will simply add your name order to cart and check out as per normal. Enjoy!

Rest assured we spend countless hours hand caring for our plants and making them perfect for you!

We are currently located in warm, sunny, Tampa, Florida.

We allocate Mondays as our packing and shipping days.


If you order a plant on a Thursday, expect it to ship out the following Monday.


*If you order on a Monday, we will do our best to get your order in with those for the day; however, it is best to guess we will be shipping the following week.

 Most plants are shipped bare-root meaning they will not come in a pot.


We bundle the roots in damp substrate, wrap the plant, and surround it with insulation to prevent a bumpy ride during transit.


Some of our plants have a mesh baggie surrounding their root ball. This bag is 100% biodegradable and can be put directly in soil when you re-pot.

We typically ship with USPS Priority over 2-3 days.


We pack with love and insure all our plants before they ship out.

If you received a plant via mail...

Just like us experiencing the process of moving from house to house, plants experience travel trauma.


We recommend letting your plant acclimate to it's new home for up to one week before re-potting.


Place your plant in an area where it can receive light--after all you'd want the lights on after being stuffed in a box.


If your plant seems dry, give it a little drink... remember it's better to underwater rather than over .

While your plant may not be stressed from being in a dark box, it will still face stress changing environment. Think of how you feel staying at a hotel versus your own home.


We recommend letting your plant acclimate to it's new home before re-potting.


Place your plant in a well-lit area or where you hope to have it live. Just remember to keep the plant's needs in mind.

Our plants ship in a few ways depending on the plant size: bare root, in pot, or in bio baggies.


If you have a baggie around your plant roots, this is our biodegradable and fully potable baggie!


Simply plop your plant, baggie and all in some well draining substrate and enjoy.
